• Speak with the customer
• If there were any injuries that day; if so, who they are and if an injury report was completed
• If there was any damage to the customer's property; if so, notate it & take up to 9 photos to document
• Noting Jobsite condition & take up to 9 photos to document
• Additional Notes
• Employee Signature
