I don’t have to carry around a camera, or upload the photos later in the office to my computer. I can literally document everything associated with a specific job using my phone or iPad on site.
ServiceM8 has definitely reduced our admin time as a direct result of its paperless functionality. For example, our office admin was spending hours duplicating work reports and customer information. With the App, all job information is saved and easy to access by any staff member.
