Job Duplicator Add-on

This add-on simplifies your workflow by allowing you to duplicate an open job and select specific details to copy over, such as billing information, job contacts, and notes. It’s ideal for situations where the job remains the same but doesn't occur frequently enough for recurring scheduling, like Airbnb cleaning or one-off maintenance tasks.

COPY OPTIONS

BILLING INFORMATION Duplicate all billing line items to the new job.

CONTACTS Copy over both client and any additional job-related contacts, so you don’t need to re-enter contact details manually.

NOTES Transfer all job-specific notes, which may include special instructions, client preferences, or task details.

CHECKLISTS Transfer all job-specific checklists, including assignments and when a checklist task is required.

You can choose which of the options you want to copy—billing info, job contacts, and notes. This flexibility allows you to adjust what gets copied based on the needs of the new job.

Exclusions

Attachments Photos, job attachments, forms, and job diary entries (apart from notes) will not be copied. This ensures that only essential job details are duplicated, keeping the new job clear of unnecessary data.
