I was searching the Web for programs or Apps that allowed me to keep track of all my jobs and current location of employees. I found ServiceM8 using Google and decided to give it a try.

Yes, in all areas of my business. For instance, I don’t waste any time with folders and countless sheets of papers for reports. ServiceM8 stores all of that information for me. I don’t have to carry around a camera, or upload the photos later in the office to my computer. I can literally document everything associated with a specific job using my phone or iPad on site.
ServiceM8 has definitely reduced our admin time as a direct result of its paperless functionality. For example, our office admin was spending hours duplicating work reports and customer information. With the App, all job information is saved and easy to access by any staff member.
All reports and job-related work is done on site and immediately saved to file. No paper needed, and no duplication of work. The App has given me the ability to save time and money, resulting in a more profitable business.
