The Track My Arrival Add-on has been updated with a fresh map interface for customers to track your progress toward them, and smarter GPS usage to improve location accuracy and the customer experience.
When you’re ready to head to the job, tap Start Job, then Navigate to job, and provided there’s a mobile (cell) number against the client, you can tap ‘Notify Client’ to send them an SMS that you’re on the way, including an ETA. When the Track My Arrival Add-on is activated, it adds a special link to the end of this SMS, opening a live map portal where the client can track the progress of your staff member as they travel toward the job location.
