With ServiceM8 Lite, techs can see jobs scheduled to themselves (only), so they always know when & where to be.


Job Cards

Techs can open & update their job cards, and get all the client & job details they need.


Job Diary

Techs can see notes, photos, files, emails & customer replies in the job’s Diary.

Notes

Techs can add job Notes, so you can keep a full history of work for every client, on every job, by every staff member.


Time Tracking

Techs can Check In to track their travel and time on site, automatically saved to the Diary, just like the iOS app.


Notifications

Techs on ServiceM8 Lite are notified of new jobs, scheduling updates and @ mentions in notes, so they stay in the loop.

Checklists

Use checklists to give techs on ServiceM8 Lite clear requirements, so the job’s done right the first time, every time.

Key Job Actions

ServiceM8 Lite includes core job actions for techs to contact the client and document the job.


Photos

Techs can take photos directly through the app, automatically saved to the job’s Diary.

About ServiceM8 Lite

ServiceM8 Lite is a simple, fast & easy-to-use Android app specifically designed for field staff, subcontractors & temporary workers who just need the basics, and don’t have a management or billing role in the business. ServiceM8 Lite for Android gives these workers the essentials to know when & where to be, view key job details, receive updates, and complete core job tasks on site. 

ServiceM8 Lite is not designed for use by the business owner, or field staff with a management and/or billing role. This app does not have the same feature set or capabilities as the ServiceM8 iPhone/iPad app.

How to Upgrade to ServiceM8 13

  • Online: to activate ServiceM8 13 features & improvements in your Online Dashboard, there’s a two-step process 1) click ‘Activate ServiceM8 13’ just under the top video at https://www.servicem8.com/september-2024-update, to reveal a green notice in Settings, then 2) click the ‘Activate’ button.
  • App: the ServiceM8 13 iOS app & the new ServiceM8 Lite app for Android are now available in the App Store & Google Play store.
