If you ask ServiceM8 to do something that can’t be undone, like send the client a message, it will now ask you to confirm, first.


Send SMS

You can now ask ServiceM8 to send the client any of your SMS templates.

Add Items

You can tell ServiceM8 to add items to the job, giving you the ability to build quotes & invoices with your voice.

Get Tips

ServiceM8 Chat now has broader ServiceM8 knowledge, meaning you can ask them questions about how ServiceM8 works, and get feature tips.

How to Upgrade to ServiceM8 13

  • Online: to activate ServiceM8 13 features & improvements in your Online Dashboard, there’s a two-step process 1) click ‘Activate ServiceM8 13’ just under the top video at https://www.servicem8.com/september-2024-update, to reveal a green notice in Settings, then 2) click the ‘Activate’ button.
  • App: the ServiceM8 13 iOS app & the new ServiceM8 Lite app for Android are now available in the App Store & Google Play store.
