The Badges Add-on is handy for visually communicating certain job requirements or characteristics, but there’s always been a limited range to choose from. Now, it’s possible to create custom badges to better-suit your business, with a range of icons and colours available.
Badge Visibility
Badges now appear at the top of the job card, under the client’s details, to increase their visibility and the chance of being noticed.
Online: to activate ServiceM8 13 features & improvements in your Online Dashboard, there’s a two-step process 1) click ‘Activate ServiceM8 13’ just under the top video at https://www.servicem8.com/september-2024-update, to reveal a green notice in Settings, then 2) click the ‘Activate’ button.
App: the ServiceM8 13 iOS app & the new ServiceM8 Lite app for Android are now available in the App Store & Google Play store.
