If your iPhone has an Action Button on the side, you can now use it to initiate a shortcut to a ServiceM8 job action, like ‘Start Next Job’, ‘Take Job Photo’ or ‘Start ServiceM8 Chat’.

For example, if you want to ask ServiceM8 Chat about the job, and whether there’s anything special you need to know, you can create a shortcut for it, hold the Action Button, and chat!

How to Upgrade to ServiceM8 13

• Online: to activate ServiceM8 13 features & improvements in your Online Dashboard, there’s a two-step process 1) click ‘Activate ServiceM8 13’ just under the top video at https://www.servicem8.com/september-2024-update, to reveal a green notice in Settings, then 2) click the ‘Activate’ button.‍
• App: the ServiceM8 13 iOS app & the new ServiceM8 Lite app for Android are now available in the App Store & Google Play store.
