The Forms add-on is available across all plans! All ServiceM8 customers, including those on Free and Starter plans, have access to all forms in the Form Store. With over 250 ready-made forms to choose from and a huge range of industries covered, there's bound to be a solution that meets your compliance needs. And for those on the Growing plan (or higher), if you have highly specific requirements, you can create custom forms using auto-generated templates or engage the help of a ServiceM8 Partner to design you a form.

We’ve built and priced our plans to be incredible value for the benefits ServiceM8 brings. If there’s an add-on in a higher plan that you’d like (but you don't need more job credits), upgrading to benefit from that feature alone will still deliver great value for money for your business.

It's OK! You’ll still be able to create new jobs and work as normal for another 7 days. If your monthly plan resets in that time, your job credits will reset, otherwise you’ll be prompted to upgrade your plan.
No — we don't charge per user! The only plan which limits the number of users you can have is the Free plan, to help sole traders get started. Once you have a team and upgrade to a paid plan, you can set up as many user logins as required.

Your field staff can view their schedules, job details, complete checklists, and more with their Android devices.
To get the most out of ServiceM8’s advanced features and management capabilities, we still recommend using iPhones for your main field technicians.

These are “job credits” — every time you create a new job card, it uses a job credit. For example, with the Growing plan, you can create 150 new jobs each month. Jobs can start out as a Quote, or a Work Order. If a Quote is accepted and you change its status to a Work Order, it won't consume another job credit.
There are no lock-ins with ServiceM8’s pricing. You can upgrade and downgrade between plans at any time. Any credit from your previous plan will be put toward your new plan on a pro-rata basis.

You can create jobs, send quotes and invoices, as well as manage your clients and schedule with ease. Additionally, you can earn unlimited bonus jobs by simply accepting card payments. You can import text records of your GeoOp job history, into ServiceM8. Just export your job history from GeoOp/GeoNext as a CSV spreadsheet, then in your ServiceM8 Online Dashboard, go to Home, click the green notice, and start the import process.
